I will use it again

The location is great. I have used it many times before. This was my first time using it after the renovation. I'm glad it turned out beautiful.

It was on the seventh floor. The water pressure in the toilet and shower was a bit low, which was a concern.

Very Good

All round it was very good from the door man to the reception very good service and exceptionally helpful .

Room maintenance was very poor very restricted only two packets of tea,coffee, milk powder and sugar per room for the entire day, requested for more but was refused. Kettle not washed overnight water was always in the Kettle. Much more appreciated in room cleaning.

I wouldnt recommend this stay. Until you are really low on budget.

The location is good

Gosh - its value for money rooms but the rooms had many roaches. Even after complaining there were more of them. Makes me feel like the room rates are so less because we share the room with the roaches. I had my boss in the other room, and he too experienced the same. We changed hotels after the second day.

This hotel has good room rates and the location is excellent.

The wifi was good; The location is great because it is near to the conference venue, shopping areas and train station; The room was big, beds were comfortable, and the toilet has a bidet.

Breakfast was so-so, buffet but very few choices, almost comparable to continental breakfast only; The person answering at the front desk was not pleasant, so were the other staff (but one bellboy was exceptional); Only the bed was made every day but the rest of the room was not cleaned up; The taxis near the hotel are scammers; My colleague says there's a ghost in the room.

There was no Internet access in our room as stated. The Breakfast was clearly all for Asians and the swiming pool only had 4 beds. The Hotel is very tired looking. I wont be staying there again.

Won't go back.

Good location, friendly staff, fast room service and laundry service.

Very old rooms, unrenovated for 30 years at least, bad cockroach problem, heard lots of people complaining about that. Buffet breakfast was very basic.

Property old, rooms has cockroaches, couldn’t sleep but next day the staff had apologized and changed my room to a better one.

The size of the shower is way too small. I had to open the shower door to have enough room to be able to turn around. No hair drier.

Tip the cleaning lady who makes you room up. She works her ass off. Compared to staff at lobby.

Right next to Shopping Centre and Tops supermarket food court has great food, better price than MBK food court. If buying sneakers, compare Robinsons before purchasing... Terminal 21 food court is reasonably priced. All this and Asok BTS situated 100m from Manhattan ..Enjoy

Location and staff

The rooms in this hotel are aged and not at value for money we were given an upgrade on arrival so would hate to think what the original was like. As a result cancelled my 2nd visit which was to be a week later would not recommend this hotel as value for money. Staff were great,location was great apart from the roadworks which they have no control over but sadly I will never go back

Location was decent, about the only good thing to my trip.

Room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Also extremely noisy, could easily hear what the neighbours were doing. Had asked housekeeping specifically to clean sheets and renew towels, they just folded everything and made it look as new, sheets and towels still had stains on them. Decided to leave a day earlier, knowing I would not get any refund, yet during checkout the staff had the nerve to demand extra money for using FREE water bottles. In short: very noisy, unclean and rude scamming staff.

Could be a lot better if eifi work, had some tv stations. Hotel improved some small thing

Good selection at breakfast.

Toaster was so slow and needed at least 2 times to make toast, half tv stations not work, wifi was very poor. Only good in reception area. Bad in room.
